I just wanted to add something about my shopping habits this past month because I realized the post below helped me analyze my thought process about buying specific items but not about my shopping habits during the month in general. I found this month that the more I stayed away from malls and stores, the less likely I was to purchase items. I only went shopping once all month and that one time was when I picked up all three purchases. I think it's easier for me to browse for items off of my list when I am in a retail location looking for things like that white shirt I wanted. The items on that list are well thought out, so that I really know what I need in my closet. But, I wonder what might happen in March if I go out to look for some of those items. I don't know if I won't find something else that would work well with my closet's current contents, be affordable, and practical. I am anxious to see how March plays out because that will be a full three months of shopping with this review and creating a shopping list. I am wondering if I might start posting the prices I have paid for items and create a budget for myself each month. I am much better at reeling in spending when I have a budget and not having to replace as many clothes will make it easier to stick to one. Are you guys thinking about your purchases more as your post daily outfit photos?
