In August 2011, I was tired of trying to take off the last few pounds I wanted to lose. So, I put together a plan about how to get to my goal weight of 155 pounds. I wrote about all of it, everything from activities I enjoy to foods that are great to snack on. I was doing a good job of staying focused until the end of 2012 when I started renovating a rental house.
Between the lack of time, the lack of motivation, and the overall stress, I
struggled to maintain a healthy weight let alone lose any. So, when I finally finished the renovations and got though busy season at work, I pushed to exercise two to three times a week and eat less and more healthily in general. I also looked at my body and decided to set my goal weight a bit lower around 145 pounds. You can check out all of the past posts in this series below with new insights to come over the summer 2013.
